Summary: This is an ideal location for a beach stay, right on the main boulevard, convenient to all shopping. The large outdoor deck is a wonderful place to chill out, overlooking the boulevard, and there are other private outdoor areas with tables.The owners live right downstairs and are very helpful when needed. All appliances are up-to-date. The property listing indicated that there is no dishwasher, which for some is a real drawback. But it isn't true, they've recently installed one which, though small, is perfectly usable. The listing also did not make it easy for us to find where to check in; we wound up knocking on the owners' door by mistake.But on the whole, it's a great apartment, a block from the beach. What's not to like?
